Perfect!

Hello, I decided to test out the self variables plugin to see if it would work that way or not as mentioned in the other comment. But I had to update my eli book, but after updating, it shows Reference Error, anime is not defined. But when I switch back to the old eli book, it works normal again (ignoring that self variables wants me to update).

Hello again. I've been learning a lot of script call related stuff, a lot of them have been through your comments on the rpg maker forum, wanted to say thanks for those comments. But specifically commenting to ask if these self variables work the way I'm thinking they might which would be super helpful.

For example, I'm using a lot of tracker variables, can I use the self variables in place of that and it'll be unique to that event only? So if I have a crafting table that uses variable 10 to see what item it has in it, then put that same one down, both tables change off that 10. But if I have a self variable as that 10 variable, would they be doing their own things instead? Hopefully I explained that well, it's always confusing to wrap my head around it lol.

Sent a friend request.

Would it be possible to get a copy of the last couple versions? I had my old one that's 8.3, which doesn't have the issue, but I did come across another odd bug where certain bones will "wiggle" the image during rotations even during playback. But thought maybe the previous version before 11.1, or two, might let me work around it for now. Going to be using it for most of my game's animations, really excited as it's the only one I've liked so far, especially the UX/layout of it.

Oh, after trying on a new project. I came across the bug and I figured out what triggers it.

I add the tracks with transform, so I got four tracks for transform stuff. Then I click a bone in the top left list, one selection, then I go to the window under it to click the key for anything in transform or the whole transform group key. You can see the blue bone "twitch" like it's offsetting by a pixel. But the image it's attached to stays normal and doesn't bug out. But if you ctrl+click a bunch of bones and do the exact same thing, it'll "twitch" the bones but also the images now, getting that off by one pixel thing when using arrow keys.

I think avoiding doing multiple bones at the same time might work around it for the images attached to the bones, even though the bones are moving a tiny bit, it doesn't seem to mess anything up. But it would be really tedious to have to do bones one by one lmao.

If I didn't explain it well, I can record myself causing it, if that helps.

It appears to be happening still but changes how it does, which is even weirder lol. Now it's skipping a pixel when going up after re-opening it. It seems it's doing it to all the parts I think after re-opening it, which it wasn't doing before. Only the pieces that moved on their own, when it would happen.

Yo, came across a possible bug? I wonder if it's a grid snapping thing but can't seem to figure out what could be causing it. Sorry if it's jus me not knowing how to do something, lol.

But, I followed the tutorial for bones with the lil bird dude, when I go to the point where it tells you to select all and start doing key frames, everything seemed to be okay. But then after putting in a few key frames to mess around, I noticed when messing with one bone, occasionally another one would shift by one pixel. I try to change back to the rest/default position which did work before and still worked on the other parts but the one that moved, it would go back but one pixel off and nothing more, even if I did it a 2nd time.

It would also refuse to go back to that spot, I'm personally using arrow keys to move pieces around cause it's too hard with the mouse for pixel art, for me. I'm not sure if it's related to the arrow key input or not. Each piece that does this over time, all act the same way, off one pixel even after doing default pose button and won't go back to their original spot without a LOT of finesse, like way too much. But it'll also keep doing it when moving, so if I hold up arrow, it won't go straight up, it'll go up like a few times, then diagonal, up a few times, repeat. It's really odd.

Here's a video showing part of the behavior, I can try messing with it more to see if I can find what specifically causes the another bone to move, it seemed to happen while I was moving another piece before hitting the keyframe stuff to save it, I did have the auto keyframe thing on too, maybe that's causing it the moment I move another piece when it happens?

https://i.imgur.com/efkFVaj.mp4 Note: I'm only using one arrow key at a time either up or side only, not two like it kinda looks like in the video.

Also, I did report another bug a while back when I first tried messing with this, that bug is definitely fixed and greatly appreciated. It was cool being able to edit a piece outside pixelover and have it show up in it modified. Thanks for ironing out little bugs like that.

Ooooh, I was wondering how to do something like this and couldn't find any reliable info. Thanks a lot.

Might not've figured it out right. But, I'm trying to move a group of pictures at once with 'move picture' command, it seems I can only set a new x/y for all the images together. I would like to instead add/sub to their original x/y values.

Unless there's possibly another way to do it that'll cut down from having to do 100+ move picture commands, it's apart of my picture menus. Thanks in advance.

Always solving all my troubles.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

Awesome plugin, is there a chance this could also be applied to the black bars you get when going full screen? If not, would you by chance know of a way to do so in general? Thanks for the help.

Super useful, not sure why this isn't a thing built in lol.

Of course! Big fan of your plugins, keep up the great work.

Anyone using VisuStella Core Engine 0, you have it if you're using any of their plugins, it's at the top.

You need to go into the plugin settings for Core Engine, change Quality of Life Settings, then scroll down to the bottom to change "Font Width Fix" to "false" and it'll fix the dialogue from jumbling up.

It wasn't happening at first, but after setting up the bones with the images n such, it started doing two things.

First is what was described by OP, if I had any image selected in the list and I click out and back in, it would randomly pick a new asset. Even with the setting of using file path only, or whatever it was listed as the other option. The only thing that stopped it was disabling it entirely. When reading his, I tried selecting multiple like in the example and it did the same thing.

The other thing, I noticed after making my post. It seems it'll sometimes paste what I have copied if I have an image in my clipboard, onto whatever is selected. Which will sometimes cause the whole thing to displace itself. In this example, it swapped the asset and also yeeted it off into the corner, there's no visual art where the bones are now.

Can't get it to redo the thing where it would paste whatever is copied to my clipboard, it happened like 2 times while trying to mess with it
But all of these issues completely stop happening the moment it's turned off. All my struggles turn into user error after it's turned off lol

Oh yeah, it also shows the correct file name when checking the asset in the data view section thing. Even though it's the wrong image shown. I can re-select the same filename and it'll reload it to the correct one.

would sharing the file help at all?

I'm actually having the same issue, lol. Your temporary fix did solve it, but it was doing it where if you click out of it and back in, whatever is selected switches to a random asset. From what I could tell, exactly as the OP's clip did. I'm not sure what you need, but I'll gladly fetch it. Amazing program and quickly learning everything I can for it. Without this, I wouldn't even bother with animations, so it means a lot.

I'm running 0.8.3, first one I installed as I just purchased it yesterday. I'm on windows 10, ryzen 3600/nvidia 1660 super for cpu/gpu. I'm not too stressed about it, as the fix did correct it. But I came looking for help cause of it, so I'm guessing some others will too.
